展会概况|Exhibition Background

    随着近日国家发展改革委、国家能源局、国家数据局联合印发《加快构建新型电力系统行动方案（ 2024-2027年）》（发改能源〔2024〕1128号）重点开展9项专项行动，涵盖：主网架构、配电网、输电通 道、微电网、调度、储能、充电桩、火电等多方面内容。这是自新型电力系统建设战略目标提出之后，最为 系统的行动方案和具体行动部署。为扩大内需和深化供给侧结构性改革，统筹高质量发展和高水平安全，推 动能源重点领域大规模设备更新和技术改造，实现风电光伏设备更新和高效回收利用，通过标准提升行动， 加快构建清洁低碳安全高效的能源体系，培育和发展新质生产力，助力实现碳达峰碳中和目标，国家发展改 革委、国家能源局于2024年8月发布了《能源重点领域大规模设备更新实施方案》。国家电网公司计划2024 年电网投资完成6000亿元，首次超过6000亿元，同比新增711亿元。其将继续加大数智化坚强电网的建设， 促进能源绿色低碳转型，推动特高压工程开工建设。围绕数字化配电网、新型储能调节控制、车网互动等应 用场景，打造一批数智化坚强电网示范工程。 

    With the recent joint issuance of the "Action Plan for Accelerating the Construction of a New Power System (2024-2027)" (Development and Reform Energy [2024] No. 1128) by the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration, and the National Data Bureau, nine key special actions have been highlighted, covering the main grid structure, distribution network, transmission channels, microgrids, dispatching, energy storage, charging stations, and thermal power and other aspects. This is the most comprehensive action plan and specific action deployment since the strategic goal of new power system construction was proposed. In order to expand domestic demand and deepen supply-side structural reforms, coordinate high-quality development and high-level security, promote large-scale equipment renewal and technological transformation in key energy areas, realize the renewal and efficient recycling of wind power and photovoltaic equipment, accelerate the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system through standard improvement actions, cultivate and develop new quality productivity, and help achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration issued the Implementation Plan for Large-scale Equipment Renewal in Key Energy Areas in August 2024. The State Grid Corporation of China plans to complete 600 billion yuan in power grid investment in 2024, exceeding 600 billion yuan for the first time, an increase of 71.1 billion yuan year-on-year. It will continue to increase the construction of digital and intelligent power grids, promote the green and low-carbon transformation of energy, and promote the construction of UHV projects. Focusing on application scenarios such as digital distribution network, new energy storage regulation and control, and vehicle-network interaction, it will build a number of digital and intelligent strong power grid demonstration projects.

    中国作为世界上最大的能源生产国和能源消费国，能源保障和安全事关国计民生，是须臾不可忽视的“ 国之大者”。党中央提出“双碳”目标以来，各行各业迅速行动，积极推动建设清洁低碳、安全充裕、经济 高效、供需协同、灵活智能的新型电力系统，致使电力系统的生产结构、运行机理、功能形态等将发生深刻 复杂的变化。为此，在上级主管单位的指导下，由中国电力设备管理协会、上海市计量协会、浙江省电力行 业协会与相关行业机构共同定于2025年06月20日-22日在杭州大会展中心召开“2025国际新型电力系统技术 与设备展览会”。展会以“电力新时代，碳价引领电价”为主题，通过展览展示、论坛会议、新品发布会、 商贸对接等形式，全面展示行业创新技术，推动电力行业高质量绿色变革。该展会将全面汇聚优势资源、形 成创新合力、引领行业风向，合力打造我国新型电力技术与设备升级迭代的技术交流、产品展示、资源整合 和协同创新的重要合作平台，积极推动生态圈建设，赋力行业共谋新路径，永续创新源动力。 

    As the world's largest energy producer and energy consumer, China's energy security and security are related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Since the CPC Central Committee put forward the "dual carbon" goal, all walks of life have taken rapid action to actively promote the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and abundant, cost-effective, supply-demand coordination, flexible and intelligent new power system, resulting in profound and complex changes in the production structure, operation mechanism and functional form of the power system. To this end, under the guidance of the superior authorities, the "2025 International New Power System Technology and Equipment Exhibition" will be held at the Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center from June 20 to 22, 2025 jointly hosted by the China Electric Power Equipment Management Association, the Shanghai Metrology Association, the Zhejiang Electric Power Industry Association and relevant industry organizations. With the theme of "In the New Era of Electricity, Carbon Price Leads Electricity Price", the exhibition will comprehensively display the industry's innovative technologies and promote high-quality green transformation of the power industry through exhibitions, forums, new product launches, business docking and other forms. The exhibition will make effort to comprehensively gather advantageous resources, form a joint force for innovation, lead the industry trend, and work together to provide an important cooperation platform for technical exchanges, product display, resource integration and collaborative innovation of China's new power technology and equipment upgrading and iteration, actively promote the construction of the ecosystem, empower the industry to seek a new path, and continue to innovate the source of power.

    展会同期还将举办能源重点领域大规模设备更新和技术改造产业论坛、首届长三角虚拟电厂运营与发展 论坛、国际新型储能产业发展论坛及浙江国际新型储能产业博览会等展览活动与论坛。论坛期间将邀请众多 国内外专家学者、电力公司负责人、能源从业者、企业代表等围绕构建新型电力系统、“双碳”战略发展趋 势、虚拟电厂转型发展、新型储能技术创新、数字能源投融资、新型能源体系建设、推动能源高质量发展等 热点话题展开探讨。 

    During the exhibition, there are a series of events such as Forum on Large-Scale Equipment Renewal and Technological Transformation in Key Areas of Energy, the First Yangtze River Delta Virtual Power Plant Operation and Development Forum, International New Energy Storage Industry Development Forum and Zhejiang International New Energy Storage Industry Expo and others to be held.
